the habit's returned

my (unplanned) habits.  I don't really dislike them at all.

2:00PM - coffee; 1 bite of food
4:30PM - coffee; 1 bite of food

Yesterday.  My boss. "Darling,  you've put on weight!"  Oh yes she did.
